These are the Bukingyi and Bushaho gorilla families, located in Rushaga section.     3 Days Gorilla Habituation Safari, Uganda gorilla tour experience

    The 4 hours gorilla interaction will absolutely move you with lots of memories after sharing a journey with the great mountain gorillas in Bwindi. This is such a rare encounter that not so many tourists have gone through while on their Uganda safari.

    3 Days Gorilla Habituation Safari Itinerary:-

    Day 1: Kampala – Bwindi

    Our guide/driver picks you at 7:00 am from your jotel or place of residence in Kampala. You will drive to Mbarara, that is 283 km from Kampala, via Masaka. Make a first stop over at Equator crossing line for snacks and photography.

    You will then proceed with a visit to Igongo Cultural Village, for a more rewarding and amazing experience as you visit this Ankole museum. Get your lunch break at Agip Motel Mbarara, and thereafter lunch proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. This is the lushest highland rainforest on earth, filled with primates and exotic birds, valleys, hilltops and papyrus swamps.

    Dinner and overnight stay at Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge (Luxury facility). Meal plan: lunch and dinner.

    Day 2: Bwindi Gorilla Habituation Experience

    Begin the day with breakfast as you get ready for your 3 days gorilla habituation experience, which begins at 8:00 am with a briefing from the staff of Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA). Ensure that you carry along with you a rain jacket, drinking water, snacks, and jungle boots among others.

    Join the researchers and guides who will lead you inside the jungle to see the shy primates for a group you have been booked for.

    Do not forget to take your lunch boxes and all the necessary gear to track the rare mountain gorillas – perhaps one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. The gorilla habituation experience usually takes a full day, but it’s well worth the effort.

    Day 3: Bwindi – Kampala/Entebbe

    After your morning breakfast, you will drive back to Kampala using Mbarara – Masaka highway. You may make a first stop over at Agip Motel or Igongo Cultural Centre, Mbarara for a lunch break. Then proceed to the Equator crossing in Masaka before driving to Kampala where you will be dropped off at a place or hotel of your choice or at Entebbe International Airport for your outbound flight home.     3 Days Gorilla Habituation Safari Includes:-
